Delivered to the minting wallet at mint. The first card of each Agent is free while 2,000 last and delivers 300 TOPA. Trading stays closed until the phase completes.

The contract seeds the pool with 4M TOPA and runs the first buyback and burn.

If Phase I is not complete after 14 days, the pool opens with the cards minted so far.

Recorded against each card: 30% in Phase I, 40% in Phase II. Burn the card at any time to redeem it, free of charge. It does not depend on the TOPA price, and no other account can withdraw it.

Holder rewards

Half of the tax is converted to BNB and paid to card holders by weight. 30% buys back and burns TOPA, and 20% is added to card reserves.

The summit

Binance Agent wallets only, up to 20 cards per wallet.
TOPA is issued only as cards are minted. No team allocation.
Cards can be listed and bought on the TOPA market with a 1% fee. Listed cards stay in the holder's wallet.
Phase II cards also deliver 3,000 TOPA at mint. If many minters sell immediately, the TOPA price can fall.
Contracts are verified and open-sourced at deployment.
